Early bird special now on sale for CR writers festival

Early bird tickets for the 11th Annual Campbell River’s Writer’s festival are now on sale.

“We bring in wonderful, top quality writers from the coast and the interior,” says organiser Ruth McMonagle. “We let them read and discuss their writing in conjunction with the audience.”

McMonagle says for the month of February only, the early bird special gets you 50% off, $65 dollars for the whole weekend. The regular full price will be $130.

You can get those tickets at the Tidemark Theater. The festival takes place at the Maritime Heritage Center on March 23rd and 24th.
